Can't Create A New Thread in BST

    Dear Mods,

    I joined DP in June, 21st 2009. That means I've been DP member for more than 14 days, rite?
    I also have more than 25 posts.
    My account is active.

    Yet, I can't create a new thread in BST (Buy, Sell, or Trade).

    Is there any other term I miss out?
    Please, I need your advice/answer.

    You must be patient and wait for CRON job to run. Eligibility is not set instantly.
