Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (11)

    Hello All.. I have search Google "Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (11)"

    And I can't find any help on (11).

    I believe the numbers at the end stand for different errors, because when I search for it, it there are different people who needed help with different numbers, but not 11! :-\

    I get this error Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (11) around lunch peak times.

    Anyone experience this problem or know what to do to fix it? Any help would be grateful + plus some rep! :D

    If you are getting this error n your sites , Than problem with your hosting server , ask your hosting server to solve this , 2 weeks ago , i was getting same error on my big sites , after sending emails to support , problem is resolved now

    Are you on shared hosting or dedicated.?
    Most likely the root pass needs to be recreated

    That error is more then likely a misconfiguration of MYSQL to handle your peak times. It seems to me as though your SQL server is disconnecting you when it gets too busy. You need to increase your max requests. That should stop the problem.
