Can't connect publicly to host.

    EDIT: Okay so im using wampserver and apache doesn't have upnp so i can't port :( any ideas?

    it works fine on my windows server 2003 but only apache by itself works while wampserver doesn't and it also has limited hdd so its bad for movie hosting
