Cant apply for programs in CJ !!! Help !

    I have no idea why this is happening, as this is the first time im trying to sign up for an affiliate program.
    As soon as i select the program, i get the message, immediately.

    Selective about what ? as soon as i clicked on the apply button, it showed me i am declined. How is that possible ?

    it could be based on your location or it could be based on your cj earnings ie no. of bars
