Can't add "Use App" button on mobile

    I've set my App's Facebook page to target using the app and it's passing the tests I run. However, the big mobile button says message not "use app" (as opposed to the example I've attached here)... on desktops the behavior is correct and I have a large use app button. I would love advice about what I'm doing wrong here. This is my page - https://www.facebook.com/eyeconapp/
