Cant add Signature

I have been registered for over 20 days and have over 10 posts but I cannot add a signature?

Please advise me what to do.

i'm inclined to delete them all so you can't have any sig links until you learn this isn't a spam fest.

I thought I read where it is 25 posts and 2 weeks. It still showing that you are a peon.
