Can't add emails (Button Missing)

    The add email button does not appear on the user account. I know where it is suposed to be but it is not there. I am logged in as the admin and have full access to everything checked. Any idea what is wrong?

    Go to the miscellaneous preferences and set the "Link Billing Cycle To Emails/Domains" back to 'No'.
