Call me a noob, but I went into my free PayPal account (not a business or premier account) to add some money to it. Amazingly, it seems the debit card I added two months ago is no longer there! I can also no longer find a link to add a new form of payment, such as a debit card. Did PayPal make a major change to the way it handles free accounts? I can still use my bank account to add funds to my PayPal, but it takes 3-4 days versus a debit card, which is instant. Ah, wrong forum, sorry. I didn't know there was a payment processing forum until now. After doing more research, I noticed my debit card does show up under credit cards, but I can't do an instant transfer with it to add funds to my account because it simply doesn't show up.
Just call paypal. Im going through hell with them at the moment.. but hopefully you will have better luck
