Can't Activate My Adwords Account!!

    hi,
    I don't know what is the problem with my account, I can't enter my billing information, every time I try to enter my billing information it gives me the message:

    I deleted my cookies and browser cache and tried several times but still the same message appears.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated, Thank you.
