Can't access the site through www (wold wide web)

Hello
I have a website: https://sctch.co.il
when I try to enter the site through www.sctch.co.il I get a blank page displaying "hello world" in simple small text.
When I enter the site through https://sctch.co.il or http it is working fine.
I have tried to search the folder of sctch.co.il inside the htdocd folder. I searched all of the files and folders for "hello world" and couldn't find it.
I also have another site in the htdocs its URL IS https://scts.co.il. this site is working fine with www. scts.co.il
I already tried dns record

It didn't seem to work

 

You most likely have an .htaccess issue. Go there and see whether www is enabled. If not, enable it.

If that does not work, then you must contact your isp because their settings for your account are not correct.

 

I noticed something else.
When I bring down the apache server the "hello world" still happen.
I don't understand why

maybe it's a virtualhost issue. check your virtual host setup.
