    What does it mean?

I get this message whenever I type the url of my site into the browser

    Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /wp-admin/ on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

What are your permissions for that directory. They should technically be 755.

Have you contacted your host about this?

P.s. Did you do any modification to your site before you got this btw?

It sounds like the directory/folder permissions are incorrect. If you go into cPanel or your control panel and also FTP, you can change the permissions there. Have your host do it though to be safe.
