Can't access google domain

I can't access any google domain(including google.com). When I go for it I see a message from kaspersky 2009 in the page saying access denied.

"The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL:

http://www.google.com

The following error was encountered:

Access to requested object is forbidden "

I am using kaspersky 2009 in my pc so I when I disabled kaspersky protection in my pc I found no problem in accessing google. But I can't access any google pages when kaspersky is enabled. However, I don't hv any prob in accessing any other site.

if your are using Kaspersky Trial, you get some errors.

Use NOD32

 

why would u use kaspersky, get something easier-simpler to use, unless u need this mammoth antivirus.....

 

did you try disabling your antivirus and firewall?

 

I think it's a problem with your antivirus ..

Get AVG 8.0 which is a good as kaspersky

 

Thnx for trying to help guys. The prob was solved and I can access google domains again now. However, I am not satisfied with the steps I took to solve this. I had to go to Kaspersky 2009's web traffic option and add google's url as trusted url.

But my question is we all know google is trusted then why would suddenly kaspersky block google? Web traffic options are :

1. Block dangerous scripts in Microsoft Internet Explorer.
2. Scan Http traffic.
2(a). Analyze according to the base of suspicious web pages.


Although the prob is solved now, I would like to know why exactly this happened (with google only).

Go to kaspersky 2009 setting option and select the option "Compatibility Mode" AND PRESS OK.
and second thing to do in setting choose web protection and set the protection level to low or u can add the Google url into the truted url list.....
