Can't access downloads from Amazonaws

I don't know if this is the right section to post, but here goes.

Every download link I'm sent which goes through Amazonaws comes back with the same message:

    Server not found
Firefox can't find the server at 0goldmembercoaching.s3.amazonaws.com.

    * Check the address for typing errors such as
    ww.example.com instead of
    www.example.com

    * If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
    connection.

    * If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

This always happens with any web address with amazonaws, including videos.

I think it's a firewall problem, but I don't know how to fix it.

Any help would be much appreciated,

disable firewall, click on tools... options.. privacy.. then click on allow.. enter the site url and then okay. Re-enable firewall then check to see if you can get on the site.

Thanks for the advice, but when I go to the privacy page, I don't see any option for "allow". It just deals with history settings.

I think I have a firewall problem, but is it Windows, Firefox, McAffee or AVG?

    Cheers,

    I'm using XP Pro

Firewall is on, and Firefox is ticked as being exempt
