    If you were at exactly 25 posts when you made your attempt,then it might just be a simple case of having to wait 24 hours "from the time" of your attempt.(8:50 p.m.) Just wait until 8:50 p.m. today,I'm sure it will work. :)

    And if you visited more than 0 times in the last year, it would have already been done. The system doesn't bother to check for upgrades for people who haven't visited recently.
