If you can't work on it. Try to ask a programmer or developer for them to fix it. Maybe there is error in the coding of your site.
Look for your .htaccess file, I think that's where you can find the code that redirects www to non-www
There is most likely either a rewrite rule placed in a .htaccess file or directly in your virtual host directive configuration file which is redirecting www to non-www. what operating system is in question and do you have any control panel installed on it?
If you are using cpanel, set 'Redirect' in the control panel. If its a wordpress based site, check the site url in the settings page
