Cannot Verify IOB Visa Card with Paypal [Screenshot Attached]

    I'm trying to verify IOB Visa Card with Paypal but doesn't verify at all. I contacted the bank, they said the card is already active.

    I've attached the screenshot

    Can anybody suggest me the problem ?

    I suppose it is a visa debit card? Paypal does not support debit cards, do try a credit card.

    Debit cards issues by Indian banks are not yet supported by paypal, but i learned from somewhere that it might come through in 6 months time, right now you can only verify your account with a credit card.
