Cannot validate...

    I dont know where that trailing slash comes from, but if i take out the news.php bit in account settings it still doesnt validate.

    But they clearly show on http://www.musicmen.co.uk/news.php

    Yours confused...

    i dont know if its because the e107 CMS is redirecting requests from index.php to news.php ??

    Probably... you can't redirect your base URL.

    but why doesnt it work when i enter www.musicmen.co.uk/news.php directly? Why does it appparently add the trailing slash?

    It assumes the base URL is a directory, not a file.
