cannot validate: www.allindianews.in

Hi...

My site: www.allindianews.in is not getting validated despite of putting co-op ads in all html files using mod_rewrite.

It says:

Ads not found on http://www.allindianews.in/
Account not not yet activated. | Site failed automatic validation as of 2005-07-26 (make sure URL and site type is correct - if everything is correct, make a request in the forum for assistance). Validate/Calculate Weight Now

Now let me tell you something:

1. I have no index.html in my public_html. My Index page's name is : all-india-news.html. I have set temporary redirection of http://www.allindianews.in to http://www.allindianews.in/all-india-news.html

2. I have a few php files too, most of which do not display any page.

3. I have a .php file which contains frameset information.

Naturally, I do not have co-op ads in pages 2 & 3 above.

PROs, please help and provide complete step-by-step guide, 'coz I'm dumb.

I don't think you can validate if you redirect your home page

But, can not I have my home page filename anything else apart from index.html? Does the validator looks for index.html only?

Is there any way to do 'manual validation'?

It looks for the main page but as you say

Ok...I got it done.

The validation code 'does' look for index.html or index.php etc and does not read .htaccess for redirection. It would be easier, if it could read .htaccess redirect.

My site is validated now.

I will have to write a php to copy index.html to all-india-news.html or vice-versa every, maybe 10 secs? that's an extra load on server.

However, I've got an initial load of 829. Is it good or bad?
