cannot send money using paypal

    Hello

    I have phillippines unverified paypal account. Its a new account. I have just received 35$ in it few hours ago ,I want to buy something using it. But paypal is not allowing me to send amount. Can anyone tell me if i can send money using unverfied phillippines paypal or not?

    Almost all merchants don't allow unverified paypal account .

    Its seems unverified paypal account also Limited.You need to verify and left limit your account.

    Since it's a new account it, you may have to wait for 24hours to make payments. It's not because you have not verified it. If you need help verifying your account you can contact us. This is what we do.

    There are lots of different factors that can cause that. Do you have any financials linked to your account (e.g. a credit card or bank account?). Different countries have different regulations, and there are always exceptions to the rule, but if you don't have any financial information linked to your PayPal account, chances are you won't be able to send money.
