Cannot seem to understand Social Bookmarking and Social Network sites to get backlink

    Hi guys,

    Can anyone point me to a thread or post that can explain how to go about using those 2 above type of sites to get backlinks and traffic into my Video Streaming site?

    Cannot seem to understand it.

    Go to digg.com
    Sign up for an account.
    Go "Submit New"
    Add Link to your site.

    If users like your site, they will "digg you". If you get "dugg" many times, your site will show up on the front page. Your link on digg will send you traffic, and page rank. Also if user's like your site they may post your link, on their blog.
