    Hello

Hoping that someone can help me.

I cannot remember my password and the lost password function doesn't work at all.

It says the image verification isn't correct all the time, then sometimes it says it cant find my email in database but if i try to log in more than 5 times I automatically get an email telling me that someone has tried to log in to my account - obviously that someone in me.

I have had to sign up for a new account and have lost all my privelages and feedback, I would really like to be able to access my old account.

Can some one rectify this for me please?

If it says it can't find the email, it was either typed wrong or not correct. Maybe you have multiple addresses going to the same place?

No it's defiantly correct I have tried it many times.
The system is not working proerly.

It's very frustrating what can be done about it?

Can you lift my restrictions on this account?

I had some really good feedback on my last account

Can you activate it your end and send me a password?

That's the email of your new account, not the email of your old account.

It must be because when I attempt to login more than 5 times
It sends an automated email to deb0and(at)gmail(dot)com i am reading the message now.

I even tried deb0and(at)googlemail(dot)com but still no luck.

Either something has gone wrong with the database or the recover operation isn't working properly

    This is very strange!!

Did you check the header of the email you received to see the actual email address it was sent to?

Check for any really old DP emails and see what email address they were sent to, copy that exactly and it will work.
