Cannot recover my paypal password

    Hello everyone, i have recently tried to reset my paypal password through their website, they have sent me an email to reset the password however when i clicked the lunk they said i have to give them more verification. Here's my problem they are asking for either the 2 secret answers (which i dont remember:confused:) or you can enter the bank account info. I think i have the bank account thing but i dont know how or what to enter, can someone please help me? Also if they bank verification doesnt work is there any other way to reset the password like caling the customer service?

    You just need to enter your bank account number.
    If for credit card,you need to enter the number and the expired date of the credit card.

    From where are you? I guess US, UK and some other selected people can use their bank account to verify their paypal account.
