Cannot Post a Blog/Article?

    I'd like to be able to post a blog/article entry through my account though it seems right now I can't do this.

    I'm not sure if its due to previous infractions or any other reason, though I'd appreciate being able to post a few guides on how to gain targeted Twitter followers, buying and selling sites effectively and so on.

    Any thoughts much appreciated.
