Rules cannot open new thread - partnership section

    Maybe am bit stupid :D please accept my apologies...

    problem is that i have been trying to post a new thread in this section: partnership

    is this due to section being only for premium subscribers? apologies but i cannot find anywhere a list of sections where i need premium access to post new threads...

    what is the problem?
