And right after you delete the directory grab your head with both hands and start pulling your hair out. WP-Super-Cache is a great plug in but it can be EVIL.

So to avoid doing something you can not undo. Change the name of the plug-in directory and log-in.
Check your widgets and remove the last added to most recent changed. Turn on WP-Super-Cache debugging. Change the directory back to the default name and try again. If you can not log in check the bug log to see where you log-in is going wrong.

You should be able to figure it out from there.

    hope this helps

P.S never delete anything - figure a way around deleting and learn from it so you do not cause the same problem over and over.

this has happened to me before for two reasons. One was malware infected all my sites and the other was that a plug-in was causing my site to act weird.

To avoid all the hassle of finding the plugin I simply backed up all my content using cpanel and reinstalled wordpress. After that I now just install the main plug-ins that I know continue to work for me.

If it's malware I would also back up the content that you have written, but It's going to be harder to clean.

    Hope that helps.
