Update. All is good, we solved the problem. This morning I get this error about not being able to load java vm, and that some plugins will be disabled (like sending email). It tewlls you to run the installer again. I was running OG 3.3.6 so I upgraded to 3.3.8. Same thing. Any ideas? Today is billing day :-( Oh, running XP SP3 Amnon Update: Did a fresh install of 3.3.8 on a 'virgin' PC running XP SP3, and same results.
