Hello Everyone, We are trying to integrate the EAN API (expediaaffiliate.com) We are having trouble with some of the sample search results. I have to fix that before I submit the site for their review. However, I could not get hold of support. I used to get replies from one staff. I have on record 3 emails of their technical staff. It has been months ( no exaggeration) that I have been writing emails to them including using the customer support page on their site. I have even tried contacting them through linkedin However I still get no responses. We have spent money and time on that and we do not have plans of abandoning the project Has anyone here worked on their API and have a record of their support (phone would be much desirable)? Or can anyone here help me find a way to contact these people? Thank you very much.
Hi Giorgioarmani, We havent even fully completed the integration there were issues with the feeds we get Our developer has been waiting for their reply but to no avail even after many months..
It's odd you mention EAN not replying... I've had the same issue with another travel affiliate program. At least a dozen emails over the past 6 months and no reply. No other way to contact them either. Strange, no?!
yes exactly. I wonder why they are not replying. From phone calls, emails to comments on their blogs, I get no response at all. I mean, I know their network of affiliates is very big now but it seems weird that they turn their backs on a new affiliate. I am still hoping they will reply.
