Cannot download WinZip file

    Hi i wonder why i cannot open WinZip file? I cannot download anything from joomla and virtumart now!

    Help please.

    Do you have winzip or any other compressing utilities installed ? Or maybe the file was corrupted.

    i do not know what happen and what caused it.. when i wanna download virtumart, it will ask me to purchase winzip so that i can extract the files..
