Cannot create Co-op Account as 'Domain already in use'

Hi, i'm having some problems creating a new account for musicmademe.com as the account has already been part of the co-op network in the past.

Until recently, the advertising space was rented by a 3rd party was has now cancelled the agreement and the ads have been taken down.

However, they haven't relinquished the login details despite attempts to contact them.

Any chance you could help me create a new account for this domain?
