Cannot connect to rapidshare from dedicated server

    Hey guys.

    I've been having a big problem the last 24 hours with my dedicated server.
    The server is used as a premium link generator at http://filedump.hd-dump.org.

    Now, things have been running smoothly for a while now, until suddenly last night the server stopped being able to connect to Rapidshare.
    I even installed a proxy to see if I could surf to Rapidshare through it, and no go.
    Try surfing to Rapidshare.com from http://filedump.hd-dump.org/proxytest

    Anyway, Rapidshare comes back online for a few minutes every once in a while, and then stops.

    This really sucks. Can't Rapidleech, modrapi, use the link generator, or connect to Rapidshare in any way.

    Anyone got any idea why these things happen?

    Dedi is running on Ubuntu and has DNS set up fine. It manages to resolve the IP, but simply cannot connect.

    Might they have blocked your ip or your script may be faulty.

    your ip is blocked temporarily by RS if they detect massive traffic request from your server
