Cannot Assign IP for NameServers +more

I'm having a few problems assigning an IP address for NS1 & NS2.

When I try to assign an IP address in WHM for NS1.mydomain.com / NS2.mydomain.com, its just hangs their and keeps saying "Assigning Ip Address for ns1.mydomain.com" and nothing ever happens.

I contacted my host, so they assigned it for me via SSH, they said so anyway.
So now I have to add an A entry for it, which I do, but the entry never comes up in the DNS Zones.

Also, If I try and delete a NameServer ip, I click the Red X it goes to a screen "Removing Nameserver Ip xx.xx.xx.xx" and it never removes it.

Ive done this on my other VPS a dozen times, and this is the first time I have ever had a problem.

    cPanel 11.24.4-R33245 - WHM 11.24.2 - X 3.9
    CENTOS 4.7 i686 on virtuozzo

    Suggestions..Help?

I just reloaded the server, and did everything though SSH..so now the IP's are their, along with the DNS zones.

But for some reason I'm getting "Domain not registered" in my domain control panel(Godaddy)..I even added the Host names...

    What gives?

    Everything seems fine to me.

Get a company who does server management to look into it. However, try adding it later, Godaddy might take a few hours to register its been done.
