Cannot Add FBML tab to my FB page - WHY?

See the screenshot and my facebook page to understand. I go to the apps page to get the FBML tab added to my page but get NO RESULTS....why?

 

You can only add FBML on Facebook fanpage. You need to create a FANPAGE first, and then,add FBML tab on your page. Once you're done, you can customize your fbml tab by adding html and css.

 

Thanks....so in essence, where does a FB page owner go, to create a fan page and I assume it is named differently than your main page?

As mentioned you first need a fan page to add a fbml tab to.
