Cannot add a Message button in my twitter page

    I created a twitter account. I see other websites like Macys etc. have a "Message" button next to the "Tweet To" button. But in my Twitter page, I only see the "Tweet To" button. How can I add a "Message" button to my twitter page?

    My twitter account is @kiwisanders2015

    Also can this "Message" button be customized to load my own customized chat window?
