I am configuring a server to tinker with while I study systems and network administration at my university. I had to configure them behind a wndr3300 dual band router. I am using Ubuntu Server 10.04 LTS. I am having issues connecting to my server from outside of the network. I have setup my server using DYNDNS.com's service for dynamic ip hosting. I can connect to my server by using the following address from inside of my local area network~ lumberjackcomputers.dyndns.com , or by using the static LAN ip address 192.168.1.100, or by using my actual ip number as DMZ is enabled. However, I cannot connect to it outside of my LAN. I'm suspecting port issue? I really don't know. I'm not the most experienced with linux but I enjoy learning it so, ya, now I'm here trying to figure it out. Any help would be great, thanks!
