Cannot acces cpanel!!

i have a problem with my server at hosting24.com
this problem is 3 days passed. before this i still can logged in to cpanel

but till now i cannot acces it.

please try this demo if you can login tell me please..

its a bit problem since i cannot acces cpanel..
i ask to hosting24 operator by submitting ticket but they didnot know what the matter.

- my computer is already in good condition
- i can login at my other domain on other cpanel/other server
- try to turn off firewall, but it didnot works

Well i went to that link and just logged in

 

does the problem is my isp block port 2082?

 

could be try using some proxy..

It can be blocked on your PC as well. If you can try to access there from another machine

 

if you mean my firewall blocked cpanel acces the answer is no, i have tried to disabled my firewall but that way didnot works. still cannot login to cpanel.

You last resort is change hosting.

 

As mentos said, your submitted URL on post #1 is a cPanel demo from cPanel Inc. Try http://www.cpanel.net/products/cpanelwhm/try-demo.html and select one of them, then compare with yours. I have no problem accessing it.

If you're hosting with hosting24 it's not the correct address to access your account.
