    I am putting http://www.candycanefacts.com up for sale

    Age Of Site - 6 months
    PR - 3

    I built this site in the beggining of January becuase I noticed while looking at the overture inventory that during December (because of christmas) keyword involving te phrase Candy Cane are very hot. Terms like candy cane history, cand cane clip art, etc. were all over 15,000. I figured it would be easy to rank high becuase these were not competitve keywords. Well I didn't have time for the site so nothing much has came out of it. If you can properly promote it can give very big traffic from october(halloween)-december(christmas).

    Average Unique - 5-10
    Adsense - @1.26 this past month (good CTR)

    Design and logo are unique

    Start - $25
    BIN - $75

    How interesting. But, what search engines provide the best traffic, a search for candy cane revealed nothing on google about your site to me.

    This is a good buy.
    I think many sites are going for way too cheap nowadays.
    I mean, just consider the time needed to choose a good domain, get the design and content up, get some links for traffic, then the long wait for the PR update...
    It's worth the $75...good buy.
