    Haha, i would agree about the vB script and Template being close to $250, but the fact that you have "been in the online business long enough to know those are crap" ??? lol

    On what basis do you want to sell this site for $1000 ?
    on a $300 forum board & Template, which is running an inactive forum and generation $0 revenue, paying hosting of $5-$10/mth, for a year gives us a loss of $120, without revenue, the domain is worth max $10/yr, so $300-$120-$10, in a year you brought the value of your investment DOWN to $170, i cannot see the site sell for anymore than $200-$300, as you have generated SOME traffic....

    If you have reconsidered, please let us know...
