Cancel name.com privacy protection

    Anybody know how to cancel privacy protection with name.com?

    Or how to get emails sent to to be forwarded to my email address? (I thought this was automatic but it appears not to be)

    I have already emailed support but they are still in hibernation.

    Click on the domain, Right menu:
    Private Whois | Disable Private Whois

    However, emails are forwarded!
