Cancel account to use coupons?

    Let's say I cancel my adwords account and then I create a new one (under the same email) or activate the same one again, would I be able to use a coupon(never used 1 :D )?

    If your adwords account isn't old you can use the code at a later date anyway :)

    As I know most of the coupons can be used for younger than 2 week accounts and my account is way older :D
