Canadians registered to CJ

I've just registered myself today to CJ and I received the confirmation email and in it there's the part about the tax information form. I was wondering if canadian CJ affiliates did fill this?

I filled out the form as best I could and mailed it in. Never heard back from them, so I'm assuming all is well, although I won't know for sure until I get my first payment.

 

I saw in this same forum about a Canadian that never filled the form and receive the deposits normally - give a search and you will find it.

I'm a foreign and I received also this confirmation email providing such instruction.

I didn't filled the form and I receive my checks normally.

 

Thanks for the information. I guess they don't have any problem with sending you the checks, it's only that you might have trouble with the States.

 

I never filled in any form and they pay me every month. Ontario hey.
