Hi guys, I am a canadian entrepreneur that want to start doing some international work. - My main activities are all around internet (design, promotion, etc.) So I've 2 questions for you : I'll be hiring some workers from odesk, GAF, etc. Basicly they are all from india/china/etc. and I want to know if I need to make them fill some kind of forms/whatever to stay legal and have this expenses for further use (taxes) I will be doing some works from international country and I am gonna be paid mainly via paypal. Do I need more papers to ask? This is pretty much it, but if any canadian doing already that could pm me with some informations or giving me their msn/aim so we can talk about it, that would just makes my day!!! Best regards, Jo

Based on what I know...no, you don't need to file any additional paperwork besides keeping records of your income and expenses and paying taxes accordingly.
