    I have a strictly Canadian site I'm looking to promote.

    To that end, I'm also looking for Canadian Site owners for linking, canadian myspace members.

    Not really. If the site in question is same as I know, thats for Canadian entrepreneurs, may be thats why he wants to keep it Canada specific.
