    I think if you use a American bank account like TDWaterhouse through TDCanadatrust you can open an account.

    I'm trying this in the near future.

    Anyone heard about this Yahoo Bing thing... hmmm Yahoo has been in Beta for more than 4 years. Doesn't look like they are in a hurry to change anything.

    I like Canadian Bacon. I like it on pizza. Just trying to keep it real. I wouldn't bother to read the Yahoo TOS ... why do that when you can ask the same question over and over and over for years and years.
