So I have my company, Triexa, as a sole proprietorship. If I create a webservice, let's call it "XYZ", do I need to register it?

I know I obviously cannot accept cheques to "XYZ", but do I have to register a whole 2nd business, or is there some way I can tie the name to Triexa, so that I could receive cheques to "XYZ", but be able to deposit them to "Triexa" bank account?

If you create xyz as a division of triexa then you may be able to do that, but I really don't know to much about this area of business.

That's a good question. You should ask your bank what the restrictions and/or limitations are
