Yes it is possible but it may just be cased by the time if you are talking about adsense you should compare you analytics and adsense data to see also check the source code of the ads includes you PUB id found in all google adsense ads.
possible? yes. likely? no. aslong as your web host respects privacy and doesn't modifiy your files, and that your password isnt 'password' and your admin user name isnt 'admin', then you should be fine
