    You may get away with it if it has nothing to do with google adsense. I would stay away from it either way. Good luck...

    But you will not be able to use google adsense on the domain.
    Keep in mind, that is a trademarked name of google.

    Personally I would not as what if in the future google decides again to go after domain with their trademarks in them.

    Well, you could always use a domain name like "headsenseless" ;)
    It contains "adsense", and I think noone will question your right to hold the name.

    www.adsense.com doesnt belong to google,
    so i'd say you ll be alright if you use that in your domain name.
