Question says it all....Can I use paypal in a program as a way of paying people? Or would their be some legal problem...
you can add something like a paypal donation button on it or make them pay to use the program.. Its up to you.. You won't run into any legal issues
You say ''as a way of paying people'' If you want to do that I highly recommend that you get a business account it helps in a lot of different ways. And it really lowers your chances of getting locked, limited or your account being closed down. And depending on the program and how you use it depends if you are useing it illegally or not. In most cases it's not. What I would recommend is for you to get a really good coder because people can hack such programs (the ones im thinking of) and get ur funds sent to them..
