Can you use Adwords without a landing page

I plan on promoting a certain affiliate program but I think it's best if I direct the visitor directly to the affiliate page instead of a landing page. I simply plan on redirecting or forwarding my domain name to my affiliate link. Is this even possible or will Google refuse to display my ads?

 

It's possible.

It's better to pre-sell them though in most cases...
