Can you use a Simon.com gift account to verify paypal?

    Yes you can used a simon card to verify a payapl account. remember to register it first at www.simon.com

    A US Bank account is needed to verify a US Paypal account. The credit card is needed to raise the spending limit since the credit card can be used for immediate payment and also as a secondary payment if your bank account option do not work.
