Can you turn a jpg logo into a psd?

    Hey guys!

    A guy who has asked me to do a site for him handed me a logo he got an 'artist' to do. I simply can't use it as it is.

    If you're interested, I need you to take this and,

    a) Make the illustration symmetrical so that it's more accurate and uniform.
    b) Turn it into a usable psd file that I can use for print and web​

    Basically you asking someone to completely redo your logo, copying from the original but making it more symmetrical?
